Guide on reporting abuser/hackers when a GM is ingame

To help save time and catch those mice easier and faster on SIEL/Lumiel server :rightful:, i would like (not force) players to pm any GM in this kinda of format, for example:


hide abuser / name omgwtfbbq / elyos

Dupe suspect/name dupingftw / elyos

speed hacker / name ilovespeedhack / asmo


instead of pming us like "gm theres hide abuser / speed hacker come to me pls." and we have to reply over and over again.

IF u do not know how to contact a gm ingame simply type //gmlist and u will know if any gm is currently online.

p/s : Avoid spamming for stuffs to be done,which will only slow us downinched:

theres just 1 problem with that and thats the fact that every time people try //gmlist ingame, theres nobody there. the one time they r on, they r just doing events and they r too busy to help or just set invisible

theres a serious lack of online gms lately

 

well they are prolly online but ...using /offline to avoid stupid question...somehow i can understand it...on the other side...that brings ppl moral down...

hmm, i have been online for pass 2 days over 16 hrs each time, have not went into /offline

 

what server r u on. havent been on in the past 2 days but every time i do go on i use //gmlist just to check and says nobody there

kinda ruins the idea behind being a gm doesnt it gms r there to answer peoples questions, just one minor detail, they set offline to avoid answering questions

 

oh ya im on siel btw forget to put in the guide

yeah but he says to whisper him ingame and thats kinda hard to do across servers. thats why i brought it up

So Smartik you play on Lumiel? Crystal? Because i spend a lot of time connected to Lumiel, just checking reports, answering questions, etc...

Of course im not online 24/7, i need to sleep, work... etc.

 

when i get on, its on siel. i dont go on regularly but when i do there r no gms there. been a long time since ive seen 1 actually online

 

Well, there are 3 new trainees for Siel, so i think this will change

 

hmm probably when u online im asleep >.>. im always online till 7-9am in the morning before i collaspe GMT +8
