    you just click it and a window comes up for you to change the name, pretty sure you need VIP to trade any ticket

    Gender and plastic surgery ticket are working... name change depends on server side database, and that is what is bugged. Well thats what i read anyway cant be completely sure about it... And dont know what to think actually.
