Please Be Mature

Hello guys,

Ima newbie on this server (only 1 month) but I see that there are few things that people of this community could avoid to do. I refer to all QQing, whining, flaming about the issues after the update of the server.

Let's all realize that this is a private server that offers to all of us the opportunity to enjoy the Aion like on the retail server. We can all play it for free, and only few of us donate to these people who are running this server. The hardware they use could be much more better if we would all donate a small amount that each can afford. This way we would help each other, Dev Team would get better equip and we would have better services to enjoy.

But most of the players here don't even bother to think about that there is nothing free in this world. Dev Team offers you this as a gift to enjoy the game for free so please RESPECT this fact.

If you don't understand how all this works then just ask. There is no need to make new threads and cry about the fact that the server is down, there are many bugs etc.

All it takes is the patiance you must show and be mature to understand that Dev Team are people like you and me, who have lifes and a limit. They are trying to do their best with whatever they have to work with and we should respect this !!!

So, please show maturity at this moment when they got some issues with the server after the update =) By crying and flaming about how bad GMs are, nothing will change and noone will feel better.

When server is down, just call your friends and go outside to do something else. Stop being no-lifers. Get out to see the sun and the people OUTSIDE of your house.

Where talking about maturity and yet people managing this server are not that matured enough to answer all the questions the member are having with...inched:

 

As they have posted in many threads already they are communicatiing as best as they can. They do not always know ahead of time when the server is going to be restarted, and of course they do not know that it is going to crash. They are trying, whining at them all the time is just going to make them not even want to try to help anymore.

 

.. gms allways try to help us and some kids just post all this threads without thinking about gms work..nobody pay this people for their job..and dont say me that you donate..cauz it's all free..u dont have to donate anithing..so just say thanks to all this people for kipping the server alive..

When u think about it, the only people who know as much as people want, are Carl, Chlora, and maybe a few others, thats 2 maybe 3 people who know whats going on. So calm down, and everything will become clear with patience

 

It's not about maturity, we don't care if it's private server or not. Our whining, QQing, rage, is what makes this server what it is, because if we all stfu and suck it up. No one will tell anything thus the server will stay on a no-go. Would only go backwards, though the excessive posting is stupid, and topics like this you made here, I see all the time, and it gets funny to see. Because, there are always a group of people that want to be the GM team's hero. And, it's getting old.

You should realize that you are offered a free game to play and you should respect the people who offers you this chance.

Otherwise you should go and built your own private server, make your own community of people will flame you and QQ about your services you are offerign.

If you would be mature you would know that it's nice to UNDERSTAND other and to have the knowledge that the GMs are people as you :sideways:

read the thread and use search.. we're all having the same issues.. and most of the GM's are trying to answer the questions and provide answers the best possible way they can.. just think of it this way.. atleast we could still play.. just avoid major cities for the time being to minimize lagness..

There needs to be more international forums because I can't understand what these people are saying, whether Italian or Greek.

P.S. It's NOT about lack of maturity. It's just that all these international people don't really comprehend the English language so they tend not to read or skim through things and not understand it and there goes the lack of communication and they ask stupid questions and QQ more.

1st. I have had something close to my own private server. I admin'd one server for a while, since the admin was absent and made me in charge till he came back. And, shit. I did not get any QQ, flames like this. Why? Cause I did my shit right.

2nd. Exactly, if the services you offer are right, people don't QQ, flame, rage and all that crappy stuff. So, it's obvious that something is seriously effed up with the services Gameznetwork is offering thus far.

3rd. Lmao! Once again, it's not about maturity, you froob. But, either way. So, yeah the GMs/Admins/Moderators are all people, so effin what? They're people with responsibilities to the server. They have a life? That's understandable, we all do. If you say otherwise, go back to your coffin, please.

As part of the staff you have a role to fill, one of the roles include taking on the bitching of the community, who the eff cares if the server is free or P2P. You're staff, if you're staff, thus you have shit to do. If you can't take the heat, leave.

There Should Be, Some Type of Online GM IMing Service Or Something, Though I Understand Beggars and Others Might Abuse It. Though It Would Make Communication a Priority.
