items.pak 2.1 version + some additional info about 2.1 patch

I apologize if this has already been answered but as I am relatively new to Aion in general and with such a lengthy thread its almost impossible to read everything.

I have VIP access and updated my item.pak to the 2.1 version. I am attempting to trade the spear from my glad to another character and unable to do so. It is an Enraged Mastarius fused with an ABG and currently unremodeled. Am I supposed to be able to trade this weapon, or account stash it? Or is it normal that I am unable to do either?

I also have a templar with an Enraged Masta + ABG remodeled to the extendable that I am unable to trade. Again, is this normal?

You can't trade fused weapons even if you VIP.

 

i cant trade 2 costumes from the V-day shop. i remodeled them + i have 2.1 item pack + i am vip and i still cant trade them :crying:. I make backup in Data\USA\Items and Data\Items (with this pack- 2.1)but when i start the game there is a error "Failed to initialize the game 1024" or something

 

chances are that you put items.pak into wrong folder.

 

so.? i must repair now with the ncsoft launcher?

 

if you have backups of original files - there is no need for repair, just restore from those backups.

EU client tries to update to 2.1.0.9 but fails (i got same error when tried). Install NA version and it should repair without problems (to install without downloading: right click on "Aion" in launcher > properties > click "browse" button on install location and navigate to your aion.bin file inside aion/bin32 folder).

I repaired with NCsoft launcher and update to version 2.1.0.9
and all item.pak "Sendlog" appears
only original works and Alente item.pak 1.9 works but does not appear kisk in the inventory and scroll are all light blue

i use xp SP3

 

xp sp3 is known to cause problems with the items.pak, most people never get it to run there. it either gives the send log error or doesnt let u trade stuff

 

Me too use Windows XP SP3 and I use all item.pak in this forum and nothing work.

I'm VIP and I can't trade nothing :sad:
