Why GM's and AM's stink like feet

    So we have a chanter in our guild. Mind you she is 55 and geared in Full ABG donated gear. She played the game by the rules and followed all the steps to voting and paying for VIp to help the game progress. Her character 3 weeks ago was stuck and since everyone of our guild has been trying to contact a GM or AM. Im not trying to bad mouth or talk shit on anyone, but this is retarded. Stuck for 3 weeks with absolutley no reply to the several letter mailed emailed and direct wsp's to AM's. All ignored. She has spent a total of 300 US. on this game. Getting Vip and gear for herself and guildies. She gave alot to "Carl". His thanks was silence. Please helps us by BLOWING this thread up until we are heard. Unstick Stiggles of Lumiel. Please.

    Good luck on getting her unstuck.

    So far each time i have seen someone request it the GM's/AM's normal response is "Submit a unstuck request on the game cp and wait for the server to be restarted".

    So indeed good luck on it.

    Unfortunately the only thing you can do is submit an unstuck request in which an Admin or HGM will then reset your position manually. After that you have to wait for a server restart. I know how annoying it is to have friends stuck and even more so for such a long time. It's a bummer the only way to fix unstucks is via a manual reset which cannot be done ingame. I wish you and your friend the best of luck getting unstuck.

    if you tried unstuck and there is already a server restart but still nothing happens try to email your problem here admin@gamezaion.com

    Did you try using a spiritmaster to use their summon ally skill? That has worked many times before.


    Also if a sorcerer summons a portal near them it can help.


    I see no mention of it so I assume it hasn't been done... not many people do know the skill lists to their class sadly.
