    i have the old file of aion guys.. how can i update it? by not downloading he whole game?
    can anyone give me the link? thanks :smile:

    run ur ncsoft launcher, right click aion and repair (u could use update too but i prefer updating through repair since it checks ur files for errors/consistency). reinstall the gamez launcher after that

    u might need the system.ovr and items.pak again after ^^

    Yea need it for sure (item.pak and system.ovr) :) if you use the new launcher than you only need the item.pak :D

    although the new launcher causes problems for many people coz of the autoupdater in it, so hopefully he wont run into that

    i downloaded ncsoft launcher..but then when i tried to start it , an error occurs

    The server does not support the necessary HTTP protocol. Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) requires that the server support the Range protocol header.

    could u be more specific? btw how did u have aion to begin with if u didnt have the ncsoft launcher?

    ah that one. check the ncsoft launcher region settings and make sure its set to north america, it tends to do this when its set to region: europe

    tried both the methods there? 1 person had this error few days ago but he/she never ended up replying in the thread so we dont really know if any of it worked

    could u describe what exactly ur trying to do when the error pops up?

    also u can always try turn off ur firewall/antivirus temporarily and see if it helped

    never really got to experiment with this 1. its not too common and i never had it myself

    what's a teamviewer?

    ok so i installed the ncsoft right? then i chose aion..and clicked on the install button..then after a few seconds the error pops out..
    i also tried to turn off my fire walls..

    teamviewer is a program that lets people connect to ur desktop and see what u see + can interact with ur pc. also has a built in chat. gms around here use it a lot to help people with aion client related issues

    about time we figured this one out dont u think? i dont like giving up
