help donated 55$

i donated 55$ with social gold and i use the credit card payment they took the money out of my bank but i still dont have my credits what do i do? please help

this happened to me i had to wait a week, send emails and talk to gms till it was finally refunded

well u can wait like 24h. if u dont get ur credits in 24 h than take some action. im telling u to wait that long because some transactions might take longer, depends on the bank u got ur cc from. the money is out of ur account but it doesnt mean it has reached the destined one.

also check your email if this is ur first time using social gold your account with them might be on review which means you have to provide them with info thats actually you using your own CARD and not som1 else. check your email see if you got any from social gold :3

i always used my CC for donations and the only thing that can hold u up from donating is not having enough money in ur account. he's prolly a client of a local bank , not an international one and thats what makes the transaction take longer and ofc not getting the credits right away

 

I had that a while ago, I had to explain to them in detail that I was using Paypal, and not a credit card.

Then finally they canceled the on review status.
