Is it just me or are rangers alittle OP in the abyss

I was just wounder if people were seeing what i am seeing. Sense 1.9 ranger in the abyss are just killing at there will in the abyss. I am just asking I play a ranger and it has seemed to get a little easy for me to kill just about anyone in the abyss. except another ranger that is. If i am on the ground Glads and sin's eat me and spit me out but in the abyss i get to do the eating.

 

maybe is possible that rangers got 90% of their skills working while other classes dont.

also the chain combo % sucks ass and rangers dont really need chain combos to pwn anybody, shit,i beat peoples by just kiting and shooting straight meele without using any skills other than stun arrow

also do u have ur adv stigmas as well while the one's ur killing dont?

or maybe u been playing with ur archer for so long that it now seems easy for u to kill peoples lol

there are many possibilities,but archers did NOT become op

well i have been playing a ranger for some time i played retail till it got so boring and yes i was ranger there as well but I was a sin first and a sorc and a glad and have 55 of all classes on Gamez and all geared but you could be right possibly a Ranger just suits me better

as far as the % to poc goes it is how it is in retail so it dosn't bother me.

as far as a class being gimped the only class i see that is really gimped is a sm 1/2 there skills don't do anything

 

When Stunning Shot and Rupture arrow actually have their chance to hit for double damage put in, then maybe. Also don't forget about Entangling Shot not working in the air.

If that gets fixed and you see 4.5k Stunning shots instead of the 2.2k's you see now, then everyone will complain.

We also die fairly quickly in group PVP if we're focus fired.

 

i agree i was not going to bring up the flaws but anyways you are correct in group PVP we get focused on = instant death LOL
i am more of a solo catch you slipping pvper hide FTW

 

For glads, use a pvp lv 30 shield stacked with block stones and +25s and a decent sword with high parry. Pop shield defense and def prep. Rangers are a piece of cake 1vs1 now.

No they are not.

 

Its purely for rangers. Rangers literally can be auto attack killed with it. Go on crystal and try me ^^. A rangers burst gets absorbed instantly as your block is around 3k while your parry is around 2k while you are taking 75% less damage. But for other classes its not so good. Works pretty decently on sins also. Chanters r useless also, but very hard to outdamage their heals with it.

 

Rangers can be squishy and they're not OP at all.

 

I agree we are Squishy but if i stay out of range you die and as far a caster thats where silance come in to play

 

You can kill a ranger if you get close or if you get the first hit, you have a great chance lol

 

my Question is if i silence you can you still buff

and i am talking about abyss pvp not crystal no fly pvp on land as well like i said on land glads and sins eat me for lunch

 

rangers are not op

some rangers are using hacks and using macros to u canot prove with a chat screen shot

do u never recive like 8 skills on just one arrow??

Not buffs, stances. Technically, shield defense is bugged. Therefore, very people realize how useful it can be. I could stand there for 5mins taking all you are hitting at me. And thus, auto attacking rangers to death is very feasible.

I dont know about other people but i dont hack
hackers kill games
and as for as macros go i have few buff macros but thats what the ingame macro builder is for any one that has played for some time will tell you an attk macro is lame and only works in a perfect world

 

Rangers are not OP. You just dont know to play

 

lol i knew about that small shield trick. but tanks often become kinda boring.

 

Its for killing rangers. You can easily kill them. Most sins are also easy. You don't actually use it to tank most of the time. Most of the time, you are a DPSer. But for rangers, I often do better with the s/s. I mean, who doesn't like bragging on killing rangers with just auto attacks o0.
