Hi I donated yesterday and still hav'nt gotten credits, what should I do?

And depending on what you used, send them the receipt and username also.

 

Make sure you did not use an echeck. Sometimes it says credit cards are not allowed on paypal since you are donating, so you might have mistakenly used an echeck. If so, it will take 3-5 days for you to send the money and get credits.

i sent my recipt to that mail and i havent got my credits yet and i did that 6h ago

 

i emailed on the receipt on the 24th, is it normal to not get a reply? will i just be refunded or given credits? trying to be patient lol

 

Guys, make sure it was not an echeck. Chances are, it was. Paypal automatically chooses that option sometimes for this donation, and if you use a paypal account, you probbably will not notice that option being used. Thus, go back, and check your paypal. They are probably just waiting for the check to clear for you to get credits. If you emailed, your receipt, you will get them for sure. It sucks though that it wasn't automatic for you like it was for me .

 

Normally when you donate, you get the credits right away so yeah.
