Make a screenshot where we can see your warehouse , your inventory & your equipment panel at the same time , then a senior AM will refund you .

 

the problem with that is that this gear can easily be moved using account warehouse even if ur not vip so if u think about it, its an easy way to deceive a gm

but yeah id say most of these r legitimate, still u might wanna look into what it is that ur asking as "evidence" coz its pretty easy to fake

what i meant was its quite possible to take it out of account warehouse on another char, then log back and take a screen with it nowhere to be found gms dont exactly do research about if the item was there and where its been moved, they dont check the logs ^^

so yeah i think its legit anyways, just saying its easy to bypass

why is the date late ^_^ 4/1/2011 the the said earring was purchase on april 2? is the time purchased different from the logged in time ?

the safest evidence is a fraps recording of the inventories/warehouses of each char including relogs (as long as ur not VIP) or looking up what they all have in the database xD

Oh probably, tbh I didn't even know you could storage ABG stuff. I thought it was like gold medals, even with V.I.P you can't storage them.

 

yeah u can store abg and other pvp stuff in ur account warehouse and move it between chars thats why i call that screenshot evidence they ask for useless and they end up robbing themselves lol coz people could easily move the item onto another char and get a "replacement" from a gm lol
