Let's clear things out:
Hex's previous post was closed only with the reason of other opened threads discussing about bugs, nothing less, nothing more. If hex's post was applied inside an already existing thread, i would have never closed it. This forum rule is applied not to make forum spammed of a lot of threads for the same reason, otherwise every player would have the rights to do whatever he wants.
@Arthas: Hex has complained a lot of times already on different threads about gladiators actual status, and almost the whole Crystal staff has replied to him about this issue, adding posts to posts and threads to threads is pointless and spamming. My first replies to Hex are not taken by game and forum rules, but they are taken from older replies I and other members have already given, i remind rules because rules must be respected, otherwise the list of banned users would be meaningless. I'm not rules dependant and Hex knows of it already, while i accepted ingame to make several tests with him about these bugs, proof: if i would have been rule dependant i should have banned Viki instead of giving only a warning like the staff said me to do. (Btw i played wow and i was GM there, i won't consider your sentence about that <.< And i remind you something else: like on wow, staff here must follow rules whenever they are maken by server owner/devs, that should be with no exception even if we (staff) discuss about it and sometimes (like with Viki) light the punishment). If you look on older threads of this genre (and on this too), Hex was replied in an offensive mood, and i took provvediments in a neutral way and took his defence too when needed, therefore i don't think that provocative adjective is correct.
To remind rules once more:

• Personal attacks and flaming are prohibited. This specifically means any text/post that is blatantly attacking another person on or off the site, especially in a personal way.

Now again, if i would follow rules in a dependant way, i should give so many infractions that hex might get automatic system ban, but i didn't.

@Hex: Giving replies with facts is not acting in a superior way, your way to interpretate facts are making you misunderstanding how things are.
I've told you a lot of times already that SM wing root is considered bugabuse and players will be taken care of, but you replied to me by refusing that;
You have a lot of prooves (devs announce too) that state update is coming within these days, so replying with its denial is not correct;
You have a bugabuse when, during singolar cases, a player abuses of a bug in a way which hurts other players. While gladiators "OP" affects the whole server, cases are not singolar anymore, therefore server gladiators cannot be considered as bugabusers. Example: SM Wing Root is bugabuse because it's a single skill bug which only a few players abuse.
As i already told, your previous thread has been closed only due there are already opened discussing about what you lament, and i've never belittled your words acting superior, but only replied with statements and prooves which you actually could not accept. I'm sad to see that your eyes now look at whole staff work only as negative, but i'm sure it's only due to your feelings. If you remember, last time ingame you wisped many insults for the staff to me and you asked to be banned because of your frustration due to this, but then later you thanked me only to have warned you and not banned you, because i got your anger and passed over that. Is this acting in a superior way?

erlucius i made a separate post on what i had in mind when I said. Which server u were Gm in wow I bet in every retail server you would have been fired if u answer so provocative.
