Wall abuse at fortresses

I already posted this twice in the reports section but the stupidity of the AMs there is just unbearable so I have to post here, because otherwise the thread just gets closed with a dumb answer.

Ok, so apparently twilightgirl doesn't know how asteria is built, so here, I made a new video showing how it is...

If you ACTUALLY watch my video, you can see attacks coming from the floor. I even shot a cleave back at him and a "dodge" message comes up from the floor. I don't understand how I can make it any more obvious for you unless you expect me to gain the ability to move through the floor to somehow show you everything at once.

Personally, this experience make me feel that twilightgirl is either...

a. Too incompetent to be a gm because she doesn't actually check what players talk about, or doesn't know how this game is played.

or

b. Blatantly biased towards the asmodian side and will never do anything against their top players, which also makes her unfit to being a senior AM.

Honestly, I would be happy if people abusing walls like this are treated the same as people who abuse flight in heiron do. That means jail for the first 2 offenses and ban for 3rd. I'm not saying that you should ban players right away for this, but you should be teaching them that stunts like this aren't allowed.

 

Its just a wallshoting... why so much qq and rage about that?

 

please try to be a little nicer... insults won't get you anywhere... honestly I just got done with 3 back to back to back events, followed by mailing... this means I'm not able to see to your issue right away... I can't be everywhere at once.
I know wallshooting is really annoying... you also have to realize your evidence needs to be extremely solid, because we can't swing a ban or prison people willy nilly
Please be either more patient, or more understanding of our workload, we can't make everyone happy all the time.

 

the first vid is when a sorc blind leap through the floor/wall and just tab attack using range spells, and can not be attacked via melee, which in my eyes is abusing the layout of the map
he/she place himself/herself in a pocket area where it shouldn't exist to gain an advantage

Only reason I posted here wasn't that I'm impatient, it's that I'm tired of having to remake a thread every time I receive an empty response. There's nothing to be patient about if the report just gets thrown to trash.

No actually the first video is the guy purposefully coming under the fort to attack people through the floor. That way if people want to fight back they would have to fly all the way around, and by that time he'd be long gone. The second vid I made because twilightgirl keeps saying that there's nothing shown in my first video, so I made another one explaining the layout of asteria fortress. You can see me show in the end of the first video where kaylara was when he was attacking people outside, with the second video I just showed that in greater detail.

 

meh... it seems to me you're getting too worked up over tiny things... your best chance of getting reports dealt with is pm-ing gms ingame... anyway, this is a minor (although annoying) abuse, and personally I'd rather be spending my time dealing with dupers or doing events, if you catch me on ingame tomorrow I'll try to get you the proof myself, then proceed to deal with it.

The way I see it this is as bad as heiron flight abuse which seemed to be taken pretty seriously, so I don't understand why this is getting shoved aside.

About pming GMs in game, a lot of the time there aren't any online. I don't mean that in a bad way, you guys have lives too, but that makes it pretty much impossible to get a GM during the exact time as such abuse happens. I feel that a video clearly showing attacks coming through walls multiple times should be more than enough evidence to punish a player.

 

Not really a big deal, at least until people like kaylara just exploit it all the time. Hell, I've been pulled through walls by templars into parties before. Generally, I wouldn't really care but some people just purposely and frequently do it.

 

Basically it's one thing if it's done in the heat of battle, where it's difficult to avoid, and it's another thing when a player purposefully places themselves into such situation on purpose.

Cmon Tousen why did u ban kay ? Can u give me some proof or hack/or abuse ? 25 meter shooting trough walls is not a abuse ? Explain ur self or ull have alot to do on forums
