ITEM SHOP: 2k Credits Enraged Mastarius Tome never came to my inventory! Please help

    I pruchased 2K Credits of Enraged Mastarius Tome 30 minutes ago but it never came to my inventory. I made sure upon purchase my account was not online.

    I checked the History the first time and it was there says purchased around 4:30 AM.
    When I checked back to take SS it's gone. My credits is now "0"

    GM please help. Please review my Account Logs
