admins lack of response on character stuck bug

    this is about the recent bug where characters are getting stuck and you dc when you try to log into them. i have sent unstick requests and have talked to admins about this and have gotten relatively no info on when or if our characters can actually be fixed... an update on this matter would be much appreciated since some of us (me) have all our items we donated and voted for on the "stuck" character and cant really play till they are fixed. so is anything being done about this? are our characters lost and will we be compensated on the items??? ive looked at some other threads and people have been waiting 3 weeks on this matter without any new information so what is being done? i understand patience but keeping people in the dark for near a month without any info is ridiculous =/

    last email i got from carl said try it now so i guess he tried but it failed and i emailed again but was just ignored =/ and everyone else is just saying wait for update...
