You are disconnected from server - ACCOUNT PROBLEM

    Hello.
    I have problem with my account.
    Today when i play in GameZ Aion Siel Subserver i get DC form server.
    Server have delays and crashes. After DC try login and i see: "You are already logged in (7)" but i write my pass to account one more time and i can play.
    Few hours later server go down and GM/ADM restarted it. Now i cant login to my account.

    First i see (when write account and pass - correct): "You are already logged in (7)"
    When try login one more time to my account i see: "You are disconnected from the server"

    !HELP ME PLEASE!!

    Dear GM please inform Carl or other Admin.
    Please disconnect my account from server.

    Server: GameZ Aion
    Subserver: Siel
    Account: hosampsih
    ING: Szarki, Hosampsih

    Please disconnect my account and all characters from server.

    Reinstall the launcher, then relog. You should be fine.

    server is crashed again. so you know you need wait till its will be restarted.

    1. server crash/reboot/update
    2. Launcher problem
    3. someones using your char O_O

    The server maintenance technicians have changed the oil, but have neglected to rotate the tires. As a result the server has crashed my good sir. The only solution to this most dreadful problem is to patiently wait until someone who can restart the server comes online. I would also recommend that said individual contact the server maintenance technicians and politely inform them that they need to improve their work.

    Noone can use my char or account.
    BTW when anyone play and you try login to his account player get DC and fresh logginer can play.

    Not working.

    One way to fix this problem is:

    DISCONNECT MY ACCOUNT FORM SERVER

    Same problem here. After reinstall launcher....the same.. First says u r already logged in, after that i type my pass again....and i got dc.?!?!??!

    dude cant you read? we said server is crashed, carl need to restart it. when server will be restarted you will cna log in.
