Credits Taken from Shop but no History of item bought and no Item received.

I recently bought 2k credits using paypal on social gold..and bought 2 items with it..i received my abg ring but did not receive the plastic surgery ticket..this has happend twice already and i have no evidence since it does not show up on my history..i can though show to whoever is in concern of donations of my paypal receipt..

 

Same happened to me. You may want to Check to Lumiel purchase logs. Mine went to Lumiel purchase logs instead of Siel.

 

I see this has happened to someone else aside from me.

 

any gm can explain how we can get our credits back?..coz if the purchase log went to lumiel, thats a bug since i dont have a lumiel character..

so Fynie and other SAMs can keep track of it, they r the only ones who can give the items back to begin with (well +ashtar)

 

the one on that thread is different since its stating a missing item and not an item that did not arrive..

I've got another problem.. my credits were taken, I got my item, but it ain't in the history >.> So if it disappear I'll have no proof on me being its owner.

 

Same problem on my friend's account :\ I can donate on my own, but I can't on his. And he wants me to..

 

..well at least u got the item, i didnt..the history went to lumiel, as i have no character when i bought the item, it really is weird. So i tried to make a character in lumiel on the same account just to try my luck but no item received..i have the trancsaction id from Paypal as proof and the history went to lumiel..

dude...same situation happened to me...my abg magic ring x 1 and rayment of mastery goes to LUMIEL server...

From what i heard from my friend...after u make the 1st purchase...log out....then wait for 2-3 min...then logging again to purchase the 2nd item..
If u straight purchase for 2 item...the 2nd item might go to LUMIEL server..(bug that didnt fix for long time)

P.S : For GM...i have to say that...even i post the purchase history pic...there's no any response from u all (quite long time ,2 month ++)...maybe they will blame for our careless..but as u can see....we didnt click for the lumiel server..but the 2nd purchase goes to LUMIEL..kinda bug here...hope u can transfer my item back to my SIEL character... ign : Fireflyer (SIEL only...no LUMIEL)
