    spring + summer = hell for anybody with asthma and allergies. so yeah gonna be suffering at home or at a hospital :p

    you can enjoy summer even your asthmatic or you have an alergies.. swimming in beaches can heal asmthma.. and even you have allergies you can breathe fresh air in near beaches..

    Use tanning lotion off course or u can use a summer umbrella.
