[Help] Cannot Connect to the authorization server !?

20mins left on full client download... going to try and reinstall the ENTIRE aion program and try... I'm not so sure if my copies were truly corrupted or not but to be sure...

I hope the team here is looking at this issue :sad:

Lol and after downloading 11 gigabytes of the aion client it says that my current version of window's isn't supported by this 1.9 bullcrap... so frustrated...

Server is updating now thats why u cant connect, ahm.

 

server is up now btw. if u are getting cannot connect to authorization server then u need to delete gamezaion.exe from aion folder and redownload and install it.

 

Go to command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns
This should renew your dns if its still cached to the old host ip
Also make sure you downloaded the latest launcher

 

Just ran command prompt as admin and issued the command after removing all of the old files, however when I try and download the "launcher installer" and allow it full access under administrator I am recieving this error:

Tried saving the file down to my computer and still didn't work.

Tried to use the support files under the support tab and I successfully installed the files and started the client but was unable to connect to the authorization server. inched:

 

i dont know if this will work but try running installer in compatability mode for windows vista

 

Just tried to run it under all compatabilities that I was offered (windows xp, 2000, even 95/etc) and they all reacted the same way. inched:

well this officially blows lol, guess im gonna start playing a different server :crying: (for the time being), which i really dont want to, grrrrrrrrrrr

For some odd reason, unlike yesterday, I was able to download and install the launcher into the coorect folder after using the ipconfig /flushdns command; yet I got this error that I had been getting before >.<



Which the new launcher has always given me, using the support file's I have consistently recieved an unable to connect to authorization server.

What I'm thinking is the support file's don't directly link to the server at this point in time, and rather to the old one? inched:

 

i know im nagging but now when its new installed try to take away 3d3 file and try again .Rar that file just

 

k, just deleted it o.o; thought I did remove that a while ago... guess with each install it comes back. :sad:


But the same error keeps happening :sick:

Edit: you did mean the d3dx9_38 file right?
