My account have been hacked.. Help plss, GM

This is my detail of my character, Gm, plss help me, can u trace where the item gone. I think my account got hacked by someone. :surprised:

p/s : Im not vip account, how can my ABG hat gone and how can the item can be trade or else..outy:

Actually about 3 month before, i working to try change the password, but there is no the confirmation email in my email's inbox to completing reset the password. Then now, today the item gone. Before this, about 2 month ago, i already lost some item like manastone and enchanting stone, but thats a small matter, now the disaster happen, i lost about 3k credit and many item then before..:andy:

PLS HELP ME GM, PLS, IM DYING OVER HERE, DONT MAKE ME SAD PLAYING ON YOUR SERVER.. sry for the caps :sad::sad::sad::sad::sad:.

 

simple... they just drop ur items away.. sorry to hear..

i did not know you had this problem spectre. This is kartolina. Hmm.. supposedly you are not VIP and you really had that ABG leather Hat as you stated. No one can trade those items to another character, unless yes, they dropped it from your inventory and it is lost forever.

You might have given out your username and password to another person, and that may have caused you your problems. Sorry to hear that.

 

bump for you, idk.. but u might not get ur items bck cos u sed ur not vip, and the items lost are untradeable..
means it has been destroyed.. (drop)

 

err if he/she doesnt have VIP then its not hacking no matter how u look at it. why would some1 hack a char and trash items on it if they dont get to keep them?

more likely its another case of missing items (specially after a crash). just show it to the gms

in any case i dont think u got hacked

edit: saw the screenshot and ur "missing" quite a lot of consumables. think gms sometimes remove these when u have massive amounts of them coz of past duping or material merchant abuse

 

I dont know what going on, Today after i post the thread, i tranfer all my gear to my new id, then i put masta bow combine with ABG in my inventory, for breaking fusion, then after relog, The bow is missing, WTH going on.. and I notice that all item that has lost, is in my inventory.. The weird thing is, all item in warehouse and my ABG that I equipped not lost.. So can u tell me why this happen to me? Hacked? Somebody plss explain this... This problem make my head going crazy..

P/s : I dont want gm to pay back all the lost item, but I just want to know where all the lost item GO & WTF is Going ON!!!

 

we are hoping for the best resolution for this problem. im pretty sure that the management will be looking into your situation and figure out how to solve this. dont you worry spectre.

 

okhow u transfered all if u said ur not VIP ?

 

After my id has problem ( gt hacked) i create new char (this is advice from GM) and buy vip for old char for transferring all the item, while im on the way to tranfer it, i put the masta bow combine ABG in my inventory, then after relog, the shit is happen.... Now my old char is in history... PLS explain... someone pls..

 

maybe you accidentally deleted your item
