Problem with vote system

Well since i started to play (1 week ago) i could vote only one time, when i log my acc on the website i press vote reward and after that i select the server where i made my acc(Lumiel) then i write my name and press vote and always appear the same sh*t

Try again in 580 mins


And when i wait those mins, it appears again but with other minutes

Please help me!

Ugh. I'm getting this too. I've played for months and I've only been able to collect 330 points for the item shop. Pisses me off. I could have had wings and a pet by now. I'm an avid voter, I always try to vote every 12 hours and this makes me sad.

 

Hm. I don't think your suppose to login to vote? I don't think that matter but I'm not sure either. I'm voting fine every 12hrs though and I dont login then vote. I just click vote reward then type my character name and press vote button

 

I just logged out, cleaned cookies and still got the same error. We need a gm's help with this,..

 

This won't help if you're IP has already voted. Are you playing where someone else plays as well (like an internet cafe, or do you have a sibling that plays)? You can only vote once ever 12 hours per IP address so only one vote per house/cafe every 12 hours.

 

No. I'm the only one on my secured network who plays. I try to vote only in my house at six when I wake up and six in the evening when I start to play.

 

So what you are saying I can go to a different cafe and vote, so I can go to 12 different cafes voting 12 times within that given time? I've had some trouble of when I vote it doesn't give me any points/kinah, but nothing what you guys are saying, I vote everytime (12hrs per) Firefox remembers my password, id, and the character I want the kinah to go to,

 

its only can be done if some1 else votes be that ip.

 

The answer is that,
YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE USING THE SAME IP ADDRESS. Usual setup for ISP's is that consumers use Dynamic IP, per Public IP it is being shared by many users by geographic location. Unless you have a static IP address.

Quick fix is that "REBOOT YOUR MODEM" but that doesn't guarantee all the time becuase of the IP Lease function that you're Internet account might be bound to thesame IP for a period of time.

It did not work. And besides that, the time went back up to 620.

 

We don't have a modem at my house.

 

I'm confused, every internet connection need modem. i think if im not wrong this is the set up: from the main line,you have to connect to a modem, and from modem you connect it to your pc, and if your using a router, its from modem to router then to your pc.

 

Well, then I guess we do. But my dad is kind of in charge of those things and he won't let me reset it when I asked him. ._.

 

Fixed my problem. The thing registers clicks and it turns out that my mouse was clicking several times. Easily fixed. Only do one hard click on the vote button and you'll be fine.

 

I hope thats the problem, btw we must vote at 12 hours exactly? or if i vote 1 or 2 hours later it gives me this error too?
