Problem with item obtained through credits on crystal aion site

    Hello, my brother (character name: Osrok; account name: kronosthemad) has got a problem. He used his credits to obtain from the site an item called archon brigade general helm. He had free slots in his inventory but the item there wasn't. He also waited ten minutes before entering in game. Can you help him? Thank you.

    nah the website says u should wait 5 mins (and thats just in case, it really takes a lot less)

    sometimes it ends up in a really random slot in ur inv so make sure its not there somewhere. if its not, ull need to ask a senior AM to give it to u

    really not a proof since its really easy to cheat :p can pass the item through account warehouse onto another char and take it out, then go back and take a screenshot lol
