Before I Post a Ban Appeal

So.... I was banned on my character: Ruiko, on the server: Lumiel

I'm requesting that a senior AM provides me with the reason why I was banned. I have never used hacks, never will, and discourage the use of them. Asmos all accuse me of hacking because I know how to use my class to its fullest, and you have 2-3 GMs checking up on me all the time.

I'm starting to wonder if the senior AMs here actually have any experience at the game or are more biased towards asmos than elyos. I get the feeling that I was banned due to the sheer amount of hacker reports that people give of me and someone just got tired of it.

So simply, please give me the reason for my ban, so I can show you that I'm not hacking, before I post a ban appeal.

Hmm well this wasnt answered but there are other reports of you using an skill that supposedly is not instant cast. :S

 

that video has been removed, be reporter .

 

Did you have "low ping" in mind? Usually the suspicion all came from differences in pings.

 

If you listened to the audio commentary in the video before it was removed, the skill in question was soul freeze and I quote, "BOOM, soul freeze, you just can't do that." Soul freeze has a 1s cast. The max casting speed reduction an elyos can get is weapon (20%) + vaizels(25%)+ scroll (9%) + gloves (8%) + magic boost (10%) is 72%, effectively reducing soul freeze to a cast of 0.28 seconds which is pretty much near instant.

I know. The person who posted the vid came in game and apologized after he realized he was only accusing me out of anger. I was banned about 10 minutes before I made this post, and the only senior AM who was on, was Twilightgirl. She's come to check on me several times, as I've heard wings opening and closing from someone nearby while appearing invisible. People have whispered me and said they suspected that she had connections with Ice Tea, and most, if not all, of them have been trying to get me banned. Which is why I'm asking for the reason, and I can prove with a video to show that it's not a hack at work.

 

also i wanted to see what skills that sorc does, becoz not all sorcs skills require cast. some is instantly .

Actually... I think I HAVE proof that Ice Tea has connections with Twilightgirl:



Testaclies - uses speed hacks but is smart about it and keeps it subtle. Many elyos would agree with me as well. But this is him specifically pointing out he had proof FOR Twilightgirl.

I'm the only online GM Apart from Eliteguardians, which joined Yesterday
So I don't think they'll send someone else to check other than me.. or maybe post it on the forums and make Euph check it, since he handles report section mostly.

On the second Hand.. I'll need a SS of ur ping and Ur tome's fusions.. once I got those.. I can know lots of things.

Anyways ~ I tried with a Sorc with 50 -- ms and the casting animation for Wind cut down and Soul freeze aren't instant Like yours... not even with +31 percent ; Atk Speed Boost (I said ATK Speed, not Casting at all) ~


@And above all, take into account that I'm a sorc with 1 year of retail experience.
