free stigma and 100% chain rates

just wondering why are all 51-55 stigmas free and why did the chain rates go back to 100%?:sad:

Not me, I wanted something to do like farm a bit for my stigmas, plan what stigma line to use, AND not have every skill so pvp is unique.

Everybody has the same skills now and it's only a matter of who has a +15 weap/set, and who gets ganked first or not.

I miss the days when proc chance wasn't 100% already.

meh 100% chains and auto-learn stigmas is not needed. i'm playing crystal without any Adv. Stigmas and 100% proc chance. i still win majority of my fights -.-

I just quit a server because it "was" 100% chain chance and they changed it a couple of days ago to 10% or w/e it is chain chance.

Can't stand 10% chance....

The problem with attack rate all boils down to "intent". You very much intend to use a skill.. that you purchased a book for and.. "learned". Yet.. you're just simply not allowed to use it except for a small percentage of the time? Even though... you've "learned" it.. and.. you have proper MP for it.. That's like.. you're trying to eat cereal.. and every third spoon ful.. your arm spasms 90% of the time and you just can't lift that spoon! DAMN! Or take it a step further to somebody who knows martial arts.. and they have a 3 skill attack.. say... a punch + an elbow to the face + uhh.. round house kick or something. Yet when they go to do that round house kick.. their body says nope! Sorry you can only do this 10% of the time and this time.. isn't it! It just seems a bit of an illogical system.

It's just a flippin weird implementation in the first place.

Why would you want to be retail like in that way? You do know that Aion is on the list of top 10 worst games of all time right? The revenue it made was down there with,

Being retail like might not be the smartest way to go.... just an opinion from a 24 yr gamer. (Not 24 yrs old, gaming for 24 years.)

And I certainly do not have any experience with what you are saying by "Not having the 10% rate makes certain classes OP."

I have a 40 Sorcerer on another Private server that does not have the 10% restriction. I use this sorcerer strictly to rift with, there's not a single melee in Morheim (less one that is level 45 or something) that can take her out. 100% or not, it just can't be done easily if at all. The 100% trigger rate is not in any way OP, if this judgement is being based on dueling, then that's a totally fail way to judge it.

I also have a 55 Chanter, even with 100% trigger rate it's not easy to take down another melee, kiting / healing / stunning / healing.... all of that is a must to get it done. If I had the 10% trigger rate I would lose 1 stun and a knockdown.... then, it would be totally ignorant to even play the class.

 

retail like=balanced pvp and i don't really care if it's on the 10 worst games of all times i know i like it i know tons of people like it so that's good anyways do you really want the game to be played like the video i posted?really???outy:

I am almost 100% confident as soon as I get gamez running again (soon enough...) that I am going to donate and reroll sorcerer.
