There are so many reasons it's hard to know where to start.

- She can't take criticism - we all know this from when Autumn made his thread a few months ago and she wouldnt respond. I ended up having to make a response to the community b/c she just flat out refused to. I guarantee she won't even respond to any of these threads b/c she's not smart enough to come up with a good excuse.

- She makes bad decisions. Everyone remember when Cropolite got an infraction for giving her negative rep?

- She makes it harder for the staff to do their jobs by causing problems among them. Her life is so pathetic and sad she has to talk about others to make herself feel better.

- She actually doesnt even do her own job as Super Mod. Yesterday when threads kept being made she was looking at the threads and not doing anything. Her excuse? I'm at work - yet she was able to take out the time to read the threads. Uthi actually had to tell her to help me b/c she wasnt doing anything to help at all.

I can go on and on and on about the ridiculous things she has said in the past. We all know she needs to leave staff but she is such a person in need of attention that will never happen unless Carl fires her. When that happens it will become clear to Carl that Bella is the source of the problem in his staff. He even admitted to me she kept telling him stuff to get me fired and he thought the reason was because she was jealous. I have yahoo chat logs to prove that if anyone really wants verification.

what confuses me..
why are this Staff matter / topic being discussed to the public.

aint there a conference room or something where staff and the ppl involved (only) can discuss this and the Head or Assigned person can just post and open it to the public what needs to be said.
