    No, not only mods can. Theres some nice regular users who are used specifically for say "covert" bans. I remember some guy getting banned by one of them before lmao. They have 0 posts and are invisible, so you wont figure that out any time soon.

    Also could have been a staff member though

    i think only they can give the forum bans, i dont think GMs have the power to do so, but i may be wrong.

    There are no infraction/ban logs made of marchee , so it was a fast & plain permanent ban with either one of the "test accounts" with admin rights , or one of the "higher ups" .

    AionMasters can only spam infractions .
