Question about crash here

Sirs please help me about my char "Abbygamay" for every time i log her in my gamezaion launcher crashes & becomes automatically disconnected from server.

But when i check out my other toons with the same account i can play with them so please, a word or 2 will be much appreciated, thanks a lot and god speed!

 

you need to "charachter unstuck request" on website, and wait till server restart(and also dont log in to that char till that) . or try mail admin@gamezaion.com with ur acc id, and char name.

no u dont, coz the char unstuck request isnt made for the disconnect error, its for a messed up screen when u actually do login coz of null location

the disconnect one is caused by things like too many mails or designs learned, u need carl to unstuck u manually from the database

if ur doing the unstuck request, u cant login on that account till the next server restart otherwise it wont work. in any case i doubt it will help u

btw carl takes like 2-4 weeks to check his email so u might wanna get a gm to talk to him directly
