    I though the op thread image was just rethorical... If by some sort of sacrifice i can get to pilot a supergiant powerfull robot.. i will do it.

    If you win, your whole planet gets to see another day, but you die.
    If you lose, you'll also die, taking the whole planet with you in a pop.

    mmmmm... ok, I put Frenemy (or Beastie) first to power on the robot, then I pilot it, save the day, kill the badguys and win the girl in the end... works like that?

    Maybe...it matters for whom. It also matters what the circumstances are. I'm no saint, I don't think I would have the mental strength to like, jump in front of a car to push and save someone else's life, but that isn't to say I wouldn't be selfless. IDK, it matters. Plenty of hypotheticals could be made, and I hate hypotheticals -.-
