not choosing character in Add item shop

greetings GMs/Administrators/readers

i would like to report my lost item in add items shop last April 4 sorry if i'm late to report it. my lost item was ABG warhammer. i purchase it around 8AM in the morning here in the Philippines. .my problem was why was it doesn't appear in my inventory. .so i review it again and my credits has minus on it. .so i check my history. .my history tells that i dnt choose from any of my character (It says None). .as i observe, before you can add item 1st you must choose servers, then character, then it goes to credits store. why does it tells me i dnt choose character. please help me.. GM :sad::crying: i hope my item will be return..

shouldnt be a problem lol, the purchase history shows it was given to "None" character, just a bug, a senior AM can give it to u

just curious why it took u 2 weeks to report it

 

i post it already last 4/10/11 but it was ignore..thx for the comment how to contact senior AM sir?
