Help!

guys i need help!

my game is hanging, i dont know why, after i log in, maybe about 30 - 40 minutes my game will stop. is there something to do with the update? or i did something wrong in my folder?

are u using any ping reducer program ?
have u tried repairing the client with NCsoft?

Is it the send log thingy ? if yes that happens to me also lol... and that happens oftenly when i duel someone or maybe im in a middle of war and i am full buffed and when i want to press the button to attack the screen goes black and it said send log something ... make me pissed off somehow

 

i tried to repair my client and my NCsoft launcher. and still nothing. Y.Y

does the game shut down? or does ur pc freeze. if its ur pc freezing then its ur graphics drivers

i dont think its leatrix since it has no compatibility issues with anything, it just changes 2 registry values. the worst thing it could do is disconnect him but i doubt that. also he would get a disconnect message so he would know

 

still hanging after i adjusted the graphics.

 

define hanging more specifically

also its not about "adjusting" ur graphics settings, ill tell u after

 

what is graphic drivers? cause after i adjusted the graphics in game. my pc freezes.

 

its the same problem i had and its related to the graphics driver

can u tell me ur graphics card model and ur operating system? u can type dxdiag into the start menu and run it, check the display tab, it says it there (on win xp its start -> run -> dxdiag)

 

the game doesnt move. it stopped. i cant click on anything but i can drag the mouse pointer.

 

hmm if ur mouse still moves then its not ur pc completely frozen so im gonna suggest 1 thing first

a lot of the graphics issues/errors/freezes r related to directx since aion was built on directx 9.0c and most people use 10 or 11 which is too new. installing the old one doesnt overwrite the new one u have, just adds the required files necessary to render graphics

install this and restart ur pc, if the problems persist, u might have to tweak ur graphics card driver like i did using the following

1. Download the latest version of RivaTuner here: http://www.guru3d.com/index.php?page=rivatuner

2. Install RivaTuner and Run the program.

3. In the Main tab, click on the arrow next to Customize under Driver Settings to bring up more options then click System Settings (the first Icon)

4. In the Overclocking tab, where it says "Force constant performance level" select performance 3D.

5. Click apply, and reboot the system when prompted.

If for some reason the "Force constant performance level" drop-down is grayed out you will need to go to the "Power users" tab in the initial RivaTuner window. Then click on the "+" next to "RivaTuner \ NVIDIA \ Overclocking". Look for "EnablePerfLevelForcing" and under Value type 1. Click apply, this should allow you to modify "Force constant performance level." Finally, follow steps 3-5 above.

i cant see the graphic card model.

 

if ur in dxdiag, check the tabs at the top, this info is under system tab, the display tab should be right next to it and lists ur graphics card

alternatively u can check ur device manager, is also says the model there
