Well if you do, just remember, suck up and make everyone else look bad first, do you actual job second, or even third, and you'll be promoted to senior staff in no time.

 

I prefer people to only do the second part. That's just me though.

I agree with this, Selik. When I was an AM I strived to be like Edixoid (hereafter Lucent). Even if I couldn't since he was a lot more organized and used to it, I still tried. With the recent drama that has happened, Ashtar has left, Fynie has left (though he signed up again), a couple others left also. It seems they need to fill in the positions of the people that were lost. Since Lucent came back I thought he could be a good candidate and I thought about making a thread like this but it seems you beat me to it.

He cared about the server wholeheartedly and wished the best for it. He was here for a very long time and he was very experience with events, as he did them almost every day. He was always a fun person to talk to also (he still is ), a great personality for AM. When he wasn't having fun he was one of the most professional AMs that I ever saw. Even in his resignation, he was still professional about it. Most AMs wouldn't think about making a huge resignation letter, but he did

If you want more of whats best for this server, Carl, or Karissa, I hope that you'll take Lucent into consideration.

 

You know what i do like on him? that he care mostly like for his friends only. Like me asking him multi times to transfer my items to Lumiel Server, he said ok. then after few days i ask again and says busy. then after few days Adieu and whoever stuff got transfered to Lumiel and mine still not. <~thats just 1 of the small reasons.

 

Honestly I don't know if I should even reapply or not, but in any case I don't like accusations :C

If I never got to someones request, then that was a mistake and it sucks, but I had a lot of patience for people doing those types of things when others did not. I don't appreciate being told otherwise

I responded to him better than what could be said for most. I'm pretty sure I had dealt with it, but I guess I ended up forgetting. I wasn't perfect, not by any means, but I was in it for friends and I was probably moreso for the community than most others I could name. Hell, alente wouldn't so much at look at threads that he in specific needed to deal with, and always wanted to raid at the end of the night. As much as I appreciated the work he did do for the server, I don't think I deserve to be getting flak for not answering peoples problems when I was "the other HGM" that could actually deal with those problems and I did that to a great extent, while still covering for the mess Alente made every time he raided.

Edit: Nobody has to love me, but please don't criticize me for things that I did that normally isn't done, can't be done, or is ignored by everyone else. I never claimed to be perfect, ever, but the only person I can think of that maybe put more heart into Gamez than I is Ashtar.

 

i find it actually funny. The people who cause drama by leaving/resigning usually make there way back/want to come back/thinking about it.

So what was all the drama about a few months ago? Its not like much has changed.

Whats next? Alente returning? And in a few months Ashtar back aswell.
