    1.) It's the man's responsibility to use the friggin condom.
    2.) It's the woman's responsibility to make sure he uses the friggin condom.
    3.) It's both their responsibility to say before they have sex, "hey, honey, I have aids and even if we use this condom, there is still a chance that you might get this disease. And if you do, you have to have expensive medical treatment for it for the rest of your life, or it will cause you to die, being a heavy burden on your family's finances. But it's ok because some people think transmitting deadly diseases are no one's fault."

    Sometimes you can't prove it. Sometimes you can. And in the instances that you can, press charges for attempted murder.

    Your second paragraph is just...lol. Words can't describe all that is wrong with what you said.

    A flu is one thing, there's vaccines for that so people might not even catch it. Also it's relatively cheap to treat.
    Not sure HIV has a vaccine....

    2 things separates it from being a CRIME and NOT.

    knowing and still go f*ck everyone u see, then its a CRIME.
    not knowing then, if u are sexually active with people u dont know... then have a regular check up.

    u my friend need reboot ur brain
    nothing i just got my negative hiv tests and since i was thoroughly informed about hiv by the doctors i just wanted to check how well informed is this community...i didn t have many positive expectations anyway
