Im not a Decent person, and My attitude got me back home in 2008 unlike some from my company D-146 that passed away for not having the guts to make a move. But you want to talk about pay. Do you realize that your E-7 ranked sergeant that has served for 25 years is making less money than a far less experienced captain who has served for three? Surely that's more worth your anger than the small cost of living pay raise you receive every year.
