    This is getting more gayed game now. Chanters got new strong skills and also get stunlock. If you cry about skills you get everything in this server? This is BS. Than put Ranger Skills damage to 100% back.

    the stuns arent 100%. only trigger rate of skills are 100%.

    Carl is the 1 who changed the proc rate back to 100% complain to him, chlora said he didnt want to rebreak it.

    yeah, the stun rate is only 90%

    and even with the proc rate at 100% chanters can still drop all of their skills really fast

    Yea that is what I mean cry about it and get what you want and you say about balanced PvP wtf. You cry about ranger is to op so they lowered rangers damage and you cry more about ranger and now rangers are just squish bugs. What gay is that. Go to Crystal... You are stupid if you said that to me cause you were QQing when chanters can't stunlock no more. You still can use all your skills when get silenced and with all that buff you freaking have WTF! Is chanter tank and DD and sorc and sin and glad. WTF class is that shit!
