b) why Reid and those 12 women didn t use a condom? they are at least equally responsible to their missfortune imo
c)Australia is not the most liberal country in the world
d)HIV is transmited at a rate of 5/100 per act in case of "unatural" intercourse. so more or less that means that this guy had about 260 such acts!!!! get real.... No ofc he is not responsible but when someone gets accused all HIV positives in the teritorry try to extract money of the accused

I return with the results from hospital about 4 hours ago, i did the test as a precaution and because my new relationship asked it(very mature of her, she took the same test)

both mine and her results was negative unfortunatelly for u....

This is absolutely accurate! in fact if u r injected infected blood u ll develop HIV at 90/100 rate. But we r not discussing blood or other transmitions here we discuss one being carrier have sex with another.

however this is missinformed. U have about 1/100 chance per act in a heterosexual intercourse with a carrier wo the use of condom. With the use of LATEX condom(there are other materials ppl use that are not so effective) that chance limits to insignifical to messure(that means 0 in science)

never happen to me...and it cannot happen if u don t let air inside of the condom, and generally follow instructions carefully.

Also a very common thing also caused by hysteria is using 2 condoms at the same time but that s bad because they have higher chance to break

Condom breaks from air inside and not from the intensity of the act as many believe...

If you know that you got the disease and still having sex without protection with others then yes, its a crime. Otherwise, if you use every possible kind of protection you can in order to prevent to spread it, then its fine.
