    If you have HIV and can affort treatment, want kids, sure, it's your selfish decision to feed later your kids with meds all their short life.

    But for Gods sake, you can't spread HIV just by being stupid and not telling you have HIV to your partners.
    You ARE aware you have it so if your partner gets it, you are an aware murderer.

    Not only unaware there r aware too.
    Many decide that having a child is acceptable and go ahead and make it because it s not certain death it s like a chronical disease and there r other chronical diseases that are prebirth diagnosed or prebirth kowledge of the transmition besides AIDS

    we cannot criminalize disease carriers in any case...
