I thought a sweep was a baseball move.

Its when you beat a team in a series without letting them get a single win. Pacers scraped by cause Rose was not as dominant as he usually is.

I thought a sweep was a good way to get rid of dirt and dust on the floor.

That's sweeping, used as a verb. When used as a noun, it almost always relates to sports.

Yeah, it's spring cleaning time, so it's easy to get confused.... ;o.

    You are welcome :)

    some "impartial" reading. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sport...to-the-pacers-early-20110423,0,4157240.column

I love how, even in Indianapolis, most of the fans were Bulls fans. When Rose hobbled off early in the game, you could hear MVP chants, and when he came back, the crowd started cheering. Musta sucked for the home team ;P

Please do not mention anyone that isn't on the Bulls, ESPECIALLY not LeIdiot and his circus.

Add the word sweep so your post isn't off-topic.

So to make a sweeping sweep sweepingly you must: beat a team in a series without letting them get a single win.

    Is that right?
