How to make sure that your item wont disappear after buying it (Credit Item Shops)

I see that lot of ppl are having problems with buying their items from the Easter shop and they dont appear. There is a reason for that:

1. Logout to Character Selection;
2. Buy the item that you want;
3. Use "View Player Inventory" and refresh until you see the item in your inventory
4. Login

5. Click "Thanks"

 

Why didnt you post this earlier ?

That can also bug it, If you just simply quit the game wait 1min till the game registers you as offline >> Purchase >> Wait the 5 min required >> Relog >> Done you won't have any issues

Remember there a tons of people buying from that easter shop

ive used that every time i buy an item and i didnt have any problems. i think ppl just login too early.

it usually stays for AT LEAST 48 hours coz of time zone differences, then they extend it coz people beg them

also the fact that u didnt lose anything isnt just coz of that method. there r a few items that bug u and prevent u from getting anything else after that, the same thing happened during xmas and vday there were only like 3 bugged items but if u got 1 of them, u wouldnt get anything else after
