Spend 1000 credits for Dragonbound boots but did not show up in inventory

on 4/23/11 at 11pm Hawaii time I on my account enoran on seil server i used 1000 credits to purchase Dragonbound plate boots for my char Sassin from the Easter shop, the 1000 credits were subtracted from my account but I never received the boots. I had room in inventory and I was logged off at the time of purchase.

I was going to make a trade the boots for a whole Masta Plate Set (a great trade!) with a char named Pheonixknight. However after 20 min or so with no boots he understandable went to make the trade elsewhere.

I would like to get the credits back I do not want/need the boots. I log on an off several times so there should be a record of what was on my char for you to see that I never got the boots.

I repeat the I no longer need the boots as the trade I was going to make for them no longer exists due to the delay in getting the boots. If at all possible please refund the 1000 credits to my enoran account

you need proofs u did bought it, SS of purchasing history and ingame inventory,warehouse,accnt warehouse SS same time.

 

actually this is the third thread bout not getting an easter shop item in the recent thread box alone, the easter shop is just fcked up and not safe (not that im surprised tbh). the xmas and vday shops did the same thing, but not at this scale lol

woot i made my theard almsot 2 weeks ago and havent got anything back even i posted you all screens needed, and still nothing really nice...mayby start fixit the old problems first later the new ones....
