    I have the same issue and just calmly reported the problem in the Report Section with all my proofs included. You should do the same if you haven't done it yet.

    Anyway, this is just too annoying. I mean, seriously Q.Q I just bought Rossetas Tablet, I was so excited when my husband is buying it for me and then when he logged in, no tablet. Now the question is, how long each of us who have the same problem will have to deal with this, wait until they give us the item we tried to purchase or our credits back (I hope item purchased since when the shop is closed and they put the points back then we've got to wait another holiday for the shop to open)?

    how am I supposed to prove? I didnt even log on I went on the site, bought it and then logged... lmfao I didnt expect 500 credits to go MIA... The funny thing is it didnt even ask me the 2nd conformation it just straight up took my credits after clicking the first purchase.... plus if I was scamming I would say 10k credits is missing of full ABG.. NOT my fault shotty devs and bad coding.

    The SS he's trying to ask you to post is the one that you can see on your own in the website. Login > Add item > History (in column together with your account, Credits, and character name). Well even just that try to provide then if the staffs are not too lazy then they'll do the checking of logs by themselves to see if you just traded it or something.
