When i can get my char with my items again ? :S ... MY CHAR STILL BUGGED ....

Hi.
Any Admin can help me please ?
Im waitting 9 days for my char and my items ...
I talk with all GM's but all say the same " do unstuck and wait restart " or " talk with some admin "
I do that but nothing, not work.
When i join in Gamez Aion i see with my first char the screen frezz and my char is invisible D;
Really i dont know what happend.
I not want lost my items Anyone can fix this problem PLEASE ?
I repeat i talk with all GM's and do all options but nothing
If us not can fix this problem, delete my char and give to me back the items please u.ú
My nick in Gamez Aion is ~ Seduccion.
I hope than us can fix my problem.
