    was interested in proving a point not the domain name and why you changing the topic? ^^

    This is illegal. Carl could sue you if he wanted to and it wouldn't be difficult for him to prove his case since you're admitting to everyone what exactly you're doing.

    Just a reminder: this is Private Server and not a company with copy-rights. I would like to see Carl sue'ing someone while hes running illegally a pirate game on a server.

    Buying a domain is not illegal. People do it for movies, books, and games all the time. And if you want to talk about legality, then the legality of Pservers like these is questionable at best.

    Yep Acquiring a copyright is not easy. Since this is a private server I doubt it'll ever happen. Though in the sense that Carl run's a legal server he can File to own the Copyright for "Gamez" and any Gamez-fun, GamezGamez etc. etc. related domain shall then be prohibited to use it. Just like Facebook acquiring Copyrights to websites that starts with Face i.e. Faceme or Faceyou etc.etc.
