    You know that when you log in other players can't target you or do something on you for some time until you make some move or skill or something.On the screen you have posted, you have just logged in so no one can buff you.

    Tell you something dude they wont replace your item because they masta items are being abuse(DUPE) sorry to say this but i thing its hopeless to get your item back... i have the same problem but sad to say i was ignored... good luck anyway..
