    ..thats exactly what happens although i dont have any character in lumiel when this bug occured..im gonna wait for a mod or hgm to answer before i do some action on paypal..since this is considered as theft as well..i payed real money on the credits and i can prove that with my paypal receipt..

    Bump. Exactly the same happened to me! i bought Raiments of Mystery, Mornful Lover's Dress, Beatific Halo and didn't recive items, nor recive History of buying it >.<

    I want either my purchases or 1500 credits delivered -.-

    I have just checked my Lumiel server purchase history, and guess what...
    Raiments of Mystery and my Mornful lover's dress are really there!
    The thing is, those items were delivered to Lumiel's server Nekodono... I don't have character of this name on Lumiel. That's why i ask again to transfer those items to my Siel's server     Nekodono, add new ones to Nekodono, or give back 1500 credits >.>

    [EDIT] I also purchased Beatific Halo, same thing happened. It was send to Lumiel's Nekodono

    I have same problem, no AM response... Bought Sema shield and didnt obtain it... the history is on lumiel but I bought it at siel character ... thanks GAMEZ -.-

    I have the same problem!!
    I have a char in both servers, with the same name, BUT NEVER BOUGHT THINGS IN LUMIEL!!!!
    Now i have a lvl24 char with 1k Creds items in a server i dont play!!!!

    Hope someone do something for us ...

    i had a missing item and just asked for it ingame when the Gm/Am told me to do alto of thing for that..
    i`ve just let it go..
    Hope you will get your credit back ^^
