    I'm also an atheist, the fact that I don't belive in any God(s) doesn't mean that stealing, child molesting, rape and killing is acceptable for me.
    Is it wrong and sick in my ethics and morals.

    That is not a rare situation, at least here.
    Some people become priests only for this one thing cuz children and parents easy trust someone that is a priest and spreads "Gods word and morals", not even thinking he could hurt their child in one of the worst ways.

    Nothing in this world will surprise me, not anymore.

    Well then, I'll take the side of the "Believer" even though I am a "Non-believer" (Neither atheist or believer).

    And this is what I have to say, you are wrong.

    Why?

    Simple, you generalize all of "religion" by pointing out the word "God".

    Now now, to be more precise, let's put it this way; the priest is a christian - a priest is a symbol of a religion - that priest made a fatal sin - that means Christianity is a sinful religion. Which is quite wrong my fellow friends.

    Just because a priest is a symbol doesn't mean that it is a "fundamental support" of one's religion... because if that was the case then Christianity would have fallen long ago.

    It is ok to say "That christian priest is evil" but it is wrong if you say "Hmph! Christians! a bunch of evil doers, even their priest is rotten!"

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

    I am not trying to say that all priests are bad or generalize it.
    People need religion, need something to keep they from doing bad things in general, otherwise we would have only chaos.
