    You can't expect it to proc every few seconds. If it procs then it works. I'm sure if a sin used it it'd proc a lot but on a temp you shouldn't expect much.

    agree... 6perc is big too.. considering you can compare to Vidar Dignity its only 2perc but it have better proc then 6 perc... ridicoulus for me...

    You're the one not being intelligent. It's probability and you're just hitting on the low end of the stick. If you swing 100 times it theoreticially should proc 6 times but it won't since it's 6% every swing. Also I'm not sure how many minutes, you're showing a vid of a duel....not much to go off really.

    well they shouldn't put in a item that doesnt work till that New Emulator came in. so i would like this fixed or a refund same for the others, because this is just....not right


    @ others who havn't seen check first page for video proofs....still waiting for gms, staff, admins, devs to say something about this....

    I'm just proving you otherwise, consider it trolling or not. Also if the first one didn't work(which by your vid it does) why buy the rest?

    Oh well you're at fault, the devs don't care about what you want . If the server decides that that's 6% then so be it. It procs, it works.
