    XD just to answer ur question he is from Baja California Sur, Mexico, he is advertising a hotel in La Paz which is one of the main towns for that region. La Paz is really close to Los Cabos San Lucas which is one of the main places to visit when u go to mexico. XD from experience the waters in la Paz and Los Cabos are really crystal clear xD i love doing scubadiving.
