    There are such quests existing in gamez? I dont think so.
    You have to buy them via item shop at the website.

    he doesnt mean enraged mastarius, just normal mastarius and yes the quest exists

    last time we checked it wasnt bugged, unless they bugged it in the meantime. there is even a walkthrough guide for it on these forums, some1 already did it here

    Well the quest does exist though the means of obtaining fragments is uhmmm.... Impossible? I remember there was a time the quest item were the prize in an event.
