Problem about Beluslan Guards.

Actually I am an asmo. I find it funny that you acuse everyone of being a kid. It doesn't help you seem a day over 15.

 

the amount of whining and QQ over not being able to camp level 30-somethings while they grind is hysterical. what a bunch of no-talent babies.

 

Guard's shouldn't hit this much.

I want PvP not PvE with NPC's. It's bullshit that the guards got buffed.

If people wanted a PvE game to farm all damned day long why aren't they on retail?

 

this is still a "beta" for these guards, i will talk to chlora about lowering the dmg and adding them to beluslan

I haven't experianced it myself, yet, as I am leveling a sorcerer as I had promised everyone... but Belusian/Heiron are sort of MAJOR rift zones for level 50+'s.

 

There are other ways to pvp other than camping. Camping is incredibly boring.

 

Well I personally don't camp but speaking from retail experiance it is VERY much reminding me of how everyone pussied out and ran to the nearest guard's in order to escape all pvp confrontation's.

I will seriously CRY the very first time that someone does this to me and I die to OP guard's cause chicken shit know's a cleric can't CC for shit.


I will cry.


Also like 90% of pvp confrontation's are around heiron/Dp/observatory/etc. The last thing the DOMINANT race in that region need's is more allied forces to deter anyone from rifting.

 

Hmm, I do agree with you there. Having noobs run to the safety of the npc's is definitely stupid. I hope that doesn't happen all the time.

I think what the guards are designed to stop is groups of (god I dont even know what to call these clowns on both sides so i will call them...) people who stand around a spawn or flight transporter and instagank anyone who lands or ports in before they even know wtf hit them. Thats chickenshit gameplay imho. The guards around those places should 1 shot "people" However the guards in (from Elyos perspective) heiron... why? Thats a big boy city where all the big kids hang out, we dont need no guards.

 

Our city in beluslan is twice as big. It damn well better have twice the guards.

I also noticed about 8 guards camping the shit out of the heiron obelisk.

Don't worry about it, I camped heiron by myself for a solid 15 minutes earlier. Guards are easy to avoid, and even if the baddies run to them, every guard other than the deity is an absolute joke.

FYI the damage was lowered from 16k to 3k auto attack and they are only in places like oblisks and flight teleporters and broker.... my suggestion dont camp those locations...the guards will stay where they are

 

awesome.. at least people can now use flight teleport and other teleporting stations w/o worries. and can check the broker w/o getting mugged.

guys just kill those people when they fly / run away from those locations... its ok. ^^

 

elyos cities have more guards , and ranged ones as well ... i think that elyos are advantaged by GM in this matter ... jeiaparan has like 3 times more guards than Besfer

why don`t you just leave the guards retail like , DON`T ADD GUARDS ONLY TO ELYOS SIDE , just increase their damage on both factions , also they have bigger aggro range than asmo guards ...

 

hardly they both have the same number of guards just in different locations.. and they are the same guard on both factions just different race.... they have same damage and use same skills......


]agro range is the same they are THE SAME NPC cloned and race changeed

What takes you guys so long to change the treadable items parameter from 0 to 1 ?
I understand that Carl thinks ppl would donate for more sets since they just can`t trade them when they get bored , but imo it would happen just the opposite thing ...
