Cannot connect trough this IP

Hi, well i have a problem
I was in sanctum walking than i went to Heiron, and got crash, and now when i try to log in i get "You cannot access account trough this IP"... Can anyone help me?

no, i wasnt using any kind of hack or so, was just walking on sanctum oO

 

Wel if you get that message it means you got banned ask a Admin why.

 

Well so any admin can explain me why i got "banned" while walking on sanctum? since i was whole day on abyss doing AP, left 3~4 hours ago, went to Theobomos farm, and than went to Sanctum to see some pvps, and when i moved to heiron i got crashed/banned? T.T

 

Not sure all the admins but most of them have access

Just because you just got banned doesn't mean you weren't caught for something you did earlier.

Not to say that you did anything wrong but you usually don't catch the ban hammer without doing anything wrong. A lot of people that are hacking aren't banned and the ones who are are usually caught red handed.

understood zer0, just saying that even IF i was using something, they would ban me in abyss insteed of walking on sanctum, but anyway i wasnt so i think there is no reason for getting banned, just waiting a reply from Alente
Also the crash+ban was weird t.t

 

Once you get banned, they cause you to stop playing so you don't play 24/7 to avoid it lol. And, admins take time to verify you were hacking. So if you were hacking, and they caught you, they might have decided to ban you while you were walking since it isn't an instant process.

 

didn't understand, you saying that i would leave game for the ban does the effect, thats why i got crashed? but crashes are normal and even i got crashed like 30~1hr before the "ban', and i could log in ;S

Edit: I got crashed when loading Heiron Map, even appeared my bar, than game frooze and i got crashed t.t

 

Well for some reason this ban hasn't been recorded in our staff forum so I've sent out a request to have the cause verified.

It's either from a GM or an automated system ban, I'll let you know when I find out which.

There is one already, as i saw in some post that i dont remember now, thats why i started to play in this server...

So, are you saying that i got ban for some reason, and its not a bug or something..?

So, 2 hours past, i have nothing to do and my char is banned for no reason, Alente can you do something?...
Or just say if i will have my char back, cuz i was doing one account in paypal for donating, if not i will just search another server...

yeah, i believe it activates if some 1 goes over GM speed

 

well, it's not like you are totally innocent. a few days ago i saw your character flying at super speed at terminon landing. but yea, no video = no proof. maybe the anti-speedhack script got you

 

i dont think so, cause from what i heard chlora say, the script instantly kicks them reports it, and always kicks them, atleast, thats what i remember seeing
