Hhhmmm if thats the case, then he shouldn't be banned for that at all. What should have happened was that the posts should have been deleted and him messaged saying he couldn't do that. Then ban if he continues anyways. In this case communication was a fail.

If that is about your friend then really is wrong. He asked for permission first and was given it. Once it was determined that it wasn't ok then he should have been notified instead of just permanently banned for something that isn't his fault. Though he can easily just make a new forum account.

Well he wasn't infraction banned. He was manually banned which only a few people have the power to do. And since this wasn't on him he shouldn't be banned at all.

Wait, Bella and I had a conversation about this... He was infract banned, not perma, unless she specifically went into her CP and did it (low chance imo). We agreed it'd stay as a 5-day temp. So... Probably just miscommunication going on, and he's 5-day temp.

 

Well, there's a screenshot saying it is perma ban ;o but it could be bout another topic (or that's gonna be the "official" story)
